Terms and
Conditions
These terms do not affect your
statutory rights.
We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you
should check specifications and suitability with manufacturers before ordering.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
As a result of continuing product development the specification or design of
goods may vary.
We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by
you.
Purchase Orders
We accept official purchase orders from Schools,
Colleges, LEA's, Universities, Hospital/Health Trusts and Government bodies.

Acceptance
of Orders
After placing an order with ourselves you will receive
an acknowledgment email to say we have received your order and are processing
it. No contract is formed until the goods are dispatched and you receive an
email confirming acceptance of your order and dispatch of the goods.
Orders are taken subject to availability of products. If we do not supply any
products ordered for any reason, we will refund any money already paid for
those products. However, we will not be liable for any other losses or
expenses, which you may suffer if we do not supply them.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order.
We can only accept orders from customers within Great Britain. Orders for
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and other areas outside of the
Great British mainland may be subject to a delivery surcharge. Please contact

Payment
We can only accept orders from customers based in
Great Britain and therefore we only ship goods to customers in Great Britain.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, American Express and Solo
bank cards, as well as payment by cheque and bank transfer.
30 day credit accounts are available subject to status and approval.
Customers paying for orders using Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, American
Express and Solo bank cards must provide us with the card owners name and full
postal address as it appears on their statements.
All goods remain the property of xeroxdeals.co.uk until paid for in full.
Prices
All prices exclude VAT, we reserve the right to change
prices.
The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your
order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any
increase in our suppliers' price or if due to an error or emission the price
published for the goods on our web site is incorrect. We will inform you of the
correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.
Delivery
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and other areas
outside of the Great British mainland may be subject to a delivery surcharge.

Delivery charges are detailed at time
of purchase.
All goods in stock are dispatched for next business day delivery (Monday to
Friday) providing the order is received and payment authorised before 4.30pm
Monday to Friday.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address given on the order and you
should make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever
they are tendered for delivery.
Deliveries can be made up to 6pm.
All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time
of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any
losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the yourselves
or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any
failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or
damage.
You should inspect the goods before signing for the delivery of them and report
any damage from shipping to the courier and ourselves immediately but no longer
than 3 days.
You should ensure you sign for the correct number of parcels delivered.
If any items are missing or the wrong items have been shipped you must inform
us within 5 days of the delivery date.
Returns
Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
All returns must be authorised by our customer service department and a Returns
number obtained.
Good returned without a Returns number will be rejected.
We will not accept the return of opened software packages or open consumables
such as toner cartridges, ink cartridges and paper.
Unwanted Goods
We will only accept the return of non-faulty goods within
7 days of you receiving them, the goods must be in an original, unused and
resalable condition, with the manufacturers packaging and boxes un damaged or
defaced. If any goods are returned not in the above condition we will return
the goods to yourselves and the cost of re-delivery
charged to yourselves. We reserve the right to charge a 20% handling charge
should the goods not be in a resalable condition. It is your responsibility to
ensure the safe return of the goods to ourselves, once the goods have been
received and their condition checked we will refund the cost of the goods using
the card details from the original transaction minus our original carriage
costs.
Faulty Goods
We will only accept the return of faulty goods within
14 days of you receiving them, we reserve the right to refer you to the
products manufacturer to confirm whether goods are faulty. We require a
manufactures call number in order to authorise the return of faulty goods. Once
an item has been confirmed as faulty by the manufacturer we will arrange for
the collection of the goods. Items returned that are found to be fully working
will be returned to yourselves and cost of re-delivery
charged to yourselves. We reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee should
the goods be in fully working order.
Warranties
All printers and accessories are warranted by the
manufacturer for 12 months unless stated otherwise.
If a product develops a fault within the warranty period you should contact the
manufacturer who will arrange for repair or replacement of the product.
All consumables are warranted by the manufacturer and any faults should be
reported to the manufacturer.
Cancelling
an order
Orders cancelled before the goods have been shipped will not incur a charge.
Orders cancelled after the goods have been shipped but before you have received
them will incur a 10% handling fee.
We are not responsible for any
consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns
costs.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for
any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not
affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved
exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior
notice to you.
